Cherie Blair CBE KC delivered the Annual Lecture at the Future Resilience Forum (FRF) in London before an audience of international business leaders, diplomats, politicians and representatives of civil society. 

In her address, “Security starts with the law: Resilience through the rules-based international order”, Cherie reflected on how the Rule of Law remains the foundation of global peace, justice, and stability.
